HomeIQ Academy is provided through your real estate agent. Ask your agent for an invite link, and you'll receive an email to create your account.
Is HomeIQ Academy free?+
Yes! HomeIQ Academy is completely free for homebuyers. Your real estate agent provides it as part of their service to you.
How is my Readiness Score calculated?+
Your Readiness Score (0-100) is based on four factors: credit score range (35%), debt-to-income ratio (30%), down payment savings (20%), and completed learning modules (15%). It updates as you complete modules and as your financial situation improves.
Does HomeIQ Academy pull my credit report?+
No. We never access your credit report or bank accounts. All financial data is self-reported and used only to calculate your personalized score.
How do I reset my password?+
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a link to reset your password within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?+
Yes. Sign in with the same email and password on any device. Your progress syncs automatically.
How do I delete my account?+
Email support@homeiqacademy.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we'll process your request and remove all associated data within 30 days.
How do push notifications work?+
HomeIQ Academy sends push notifications for lesson reminders, score updates, and messages from your agent. You can enable or disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
